These awards are only given once the candidate has demonstrated the highest levels of competence in the particular SMART repair process in which they have been trained. We hold these awards for every aspect of repairs that we offer. This is a nationally recognised qualification within the Motor trade, yet you won’t find many independent SMART Repair companies like ours, that hold this qualification
ATA Accreditation in Cosmetic Repairs
This is a new nationally recognised qualification produced by the ATA in conjuction with the IMI. This qualification will become the industry standard in the cosmetic repair industry. If you had a gas leak at home you would look on the “Gas Safe” website or for a technician registered with “Gas Safe” as you would have peace of mind that they have been trained to a certain standard. The same applies to the SMART repair industry and ATA accreditation.
VBRA – Vehicle Body Repairers Association
We are fully approved member of VBRA, the lead trade association in car body repair, rebuild and SMART repair.
OFT – Office of Fair Trading

The Lifetime guarantee
All exterior vehicle repairs carry a lifetime ownership guarantee. Unfotuntely we are unable to offer this guarantee on interior repairs.
Repairsmart guarantee a prompt and professional service at all times, all repairs are guaranteed from date of completion, and all repairs are carried out using the latest industry standard products and are in accordance with heath, safety and manufacturers guidelines.
Repairsmart guarantee repairs to the owner of the vehicle for whom the work has been carried out the guarantee is not transferable. This is a formulation and application guarantee: that the finish will not degrade due to the paint being mixed incorrectly or improperly applied by Repairsmart
Please note: following any repair you should allow 5 days before washing your car, when washing your car you should only use industry recognised products that do not contain harsh chemicals that could damage your car's bodywork. We also recommend that you do not use acid-based cleaners on your wheels. We will be happy to advise further upon completion of your repair.
